SAVANNAH PARK OF CONCORDIA
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION OVERVIEW
The Property Maintenance Technician position manages all aspects of the community's maintenance needs for owners by performing the essential duties and responsibilities exhibiting a professional and dedicated attitude of service at all times. The Maintenance Technician focuses on exceptional maintenance of property, property assets and resident satisfaction as well as maintains a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment on all Belmont communities. The Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, and repairs appliances, equipment, physical structures, pipes and electrical systems on Belmont Communities within municipality codes by performing the essential duties and responsibilities.
SavannahPark of Concordia is a 24-unit senior living community.
This part-time position is eligible for paid time off upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
Ideal candidates for this position will have property maintenance technician work experience for a property management company, with a history of reliability and good employer recommendations. Candidates with verifiable experience and skills as well as good employment recommendations with work place longevity will be considered for the top salary of the posted salary range.
Candidates must have their own general maintenance tools and general maintenance experience with repair, installing, and replacing: drywall, appliances, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
